Walk to UF & Shands – Free Parking + Pool

Communication from host was excellent. A few issues arose, but those were quickly handled by the host. Minor ant problem but I assume those are common in the area. Kitchen was fully stocked as well as towels, sheets, etc. On-site laundry was expensive, 4.50 for a wash/dry single load, but as a single guest it was manageable. Location was ideal for its proximity to UF, a 15-20min walk. Without a vehicle, the only groceries within a 30min walk was a CVS. Overall highly recommend, would be a much easier stay with a vehicle.

This apartment provided a great refuge when we were displaced from our house. It is clean and well appointed. The king sized bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed to cook and enjoy our meals. The property manager was very helpful, especially in allowing us to get in early when we had to vacate our house earlier than expected.

The condo was perfect for me and my daughter visiting a family member in the hopital for a long weekend. Two bedrooms, kitchen, and an easy walk to the hospital.
